Plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. If you upgrade or downgrade, changes apply to the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Transaction fees

GetsMotives charges 0.6%* per transaction volume alongside your subscription plan. Open Banking infrastructure is provided by Yapily (FCA authorised).

Availability

We design the platform for high uptime, but internet outages and bank outages can affect Open Banking payments. Cash mode remains available.

Regulatory note

GetsMotives operates under FCA registration for payment services. Open Banking infrastructure is provided by Yapily Limited (FCA authorised).
